growth factor 9, i see some input but not much on this. what is this? is this for muscle, weight gain? Or is this just another junk product?

I wouldn't even buy these ingredients on their own.

You still gotta have a daily caloric surplus to gain weight and none of those ingredients would provide much benefit on top of the diet.
