This is going to be my lifting journal. My goal is to get my strength back to where it was 2-3 years ago and then to hit new PRs. I am going to video my workouts with commentary and post them on Youtube (A sub is always appreciated).

The first goals are to get my strength back to where it was before I got sick. These are the goals:
Squat: 425 x 1 with wraps
Benchpress: 285 x 1
Deadlift: 495 x 1
