Ok so when im squatting and start sitting down i tend to lean forward quite a bit =\.. is there anyway to help u be more upright?

lol. the weight im using is low as it is. only using 50 kgs, i just started squatting like a week ago. it doesn't matter how low the weight is, i always lean forward, not by a LOT, but i do lean forward, doesnt everyone when they go down though?
Also @ the other guy who posted. I'm not tall, only 5'9 =(

make sure the bar is sitting on your rear delts...sit back and always look up...If you are squatting in flat shoes get a shoe with a heel such as work boots..Dont lean too far forward..It takes time to master the balance, just trust yourself when you squa and dont try to compensate too much when it feels like you are going backwards..

I agree with alot of what the people above have posted,but you might also have flexibility issues that need to be addressed.
Or your squatting to deep,which is controversal cause alot of people on here are ass to grass fanatics.
