Still drink. Rum, beer, vodka, Jack Daniels all played a part last night. Had fun, went to 3 bars, and a condo party. Was nice to know bishes less than half my age still like me. I'm sure I could bang if I had time this week.
But I got to do kid's stuff for the rest of the week. Which I'm looking forward to more than the other stuff actually. Not drinking for real now at least until after my vacation.

I had such a high energy expenditure day yesterday, that by the time i got home from work, there were some serious striations in my inner chest lol.
tfw high volume leg workout + HIIT in the morning
tfw 8 hour shift afterwards(walked 16,000 steps at work)
tfw still didn't hit a new low today.

id say I have been dieting like this for about...4 years or so... I have only tracked with My Fitness Pal for 5 months (During contest prep) out of those 4 years. The rest I just write down my food like above. I honestly eat the same thing every day 95% of the time. I actually enjoy doing it that way, and I am able to stay consistent and not worry about going over or being under. It is sooooo much easier IMO, but that is just my opinion

FUaark ive been failing this RD
Ever since that weekend of eating nothing because of molly, I havent been tracking food and been basically binge eating.
But my weight is 159lbs lol started RD at like 163lbs.
Starting today I'm going to just start eating 2100 cals a day and see how that goes.High test crew
