Holy FUK just made sludge with casein+almond milk+PB for the first time (after hearing so much about this combination) and it was absolutely hnnnnngh
Used 1 scoop ON Cookies and Cream + 4 oz almond milk + 1 tbsp peanut butter... hnnngh bed time snack

so jelly man. had 1 cup CC, 2 tablespoon pB, half cup blueberriy for my 4th meal of the day. ran out of raspberries and dark chocolate ( well i have one piece left but i need that puppy melted in my proats tomorrow morning

Dinner and first bar done. About to head to club with people I met at the bar. Redbull and vodka for the rest of the night. Hopefully some eye candy at this place.

Was going to make proats tomorrow morning, was excited as fuark, oats+almond milk+pb+muscletech chocolate casein (tastes too good srs) = hnnnnnnngh
My mom told me she was going to go to the grocery store and asked if I wanted oats since we were out. Naturally, I said yes, I would like some oats. She comes back and doesn't have oats, I was like fuark going to have a casein shake tomorrow morning instead srs
casein + pb + almond milk + 2 shredded wheat biscuits (need to get carbs in there somehow lmfao)

I went to store/Cub today to get oats...and they didn't have Quakers Old Fashioned...was like u wot m8? Had to get Cub brand instead, same chit doe.
But i fuken hate going to grocery store when cutting. Brb walking through the cereal aisle wanting to buy every single sugary 1.
Also bought some tortillas, pb reeses and dark choco chips (for them proat mixins), tuna and some pink salmon in cans. Best cut progress happens when i stick to the basics and dont try to incorporate too many different foods

Came home from a 9 hour shift and pounded 1100+ calories to finish off my macros. Probably went over, had to guess calories of homemade pretzel chicken and rice pilaf recipe. Then had 4 lowfat eggo waffles with waldens farms chocolate and sugar free syrup and two scoops of whey. 9 more hours in the morning. Fuk retail.

Canned pink salmon is a huge staple of mine, I'd seriously consider it a bodybuilding superfood. One of the cheapest sources of protein you can buy, fills omega 3 requirements, ridiculous micronutrients, healthy fats, fuark. Easy way to make two meals - make 2 cups of brown rice in the microwave, dump in an entire can of salmon, then microwave it for another minute and smother it with salsa/soy sauce/whatever you're feeling. das it mane
Agreed on the last line too, keeping the diet simple = easy as fuk progress
