even if you swapped a liss session for a HIIT session. it's all about exertion. You could try running or doing MISS instead of LISS too, getting that heart rate up is going to burn more.
This past spring when I cut I only did LISS, it worked but it stalls (well everything stalls eventually). this time I've added MISS and it's burning fat much faster. You seem like you're at a point that if you had a few sessions where you got the HR up cardio wise it might help jumpstart. You could also try a refeed if you havent in a while.
you on that 2lbs per day loss plan?

Do you guys think it's true that once you loose fat in your problem / genetic areas that when you put fat back on again (say a bulk) the fat disperses more evenly throughout your body . Like not right to my lower stomach in my case

After sweating my ass off last night in a chitty motel, my body got rid of the water and my abs are back. Just in time for a week at the pool.
Going to drive another 350 miles today. I'm planning to get to the Dells tonight and maybe go to a bar to troll sloots since it's my last chance for a while. I'll pick up my kids tomorrow so will be doing stuff with them for a week.

has anyone crashed during a very low carb diet? Yesterday I felt sick all day and today I'm having headache attacks occasionally. I guess it's just a low carb crash that I need to get through.

Wanted to get some advice from you guys if you don't mind.
Goal of my cut is to get to a good starting point for a long lean bulk. I need more size at my height to look good dieted down.
Been cutting 7 weeks.
I am down to 208 from 220.. I have not been this light since my first year of lifting, although I have much better composition now.
My stomach, lower back fat, and love handles have reduced in size drastically. When flexed, top 4 abs are clear as day with the lower 2 abs feint. I have no desire to get super shredded as it's almost fall anyway. In the morning, when relaxed, my stomach is totally flat now too.
I have no desire to get a relaxed 6 pack yet because I just don't think I have enough mass to pull it off.
Do you think Sept 1st will be a good time to start lean bulk? I think another 3 weeks cutting is going to leave me with a nice, flexed 6 pack @ about 204 lbs. Seems like 10 week cuts are pretty standard. IDK, never cut this long before.
