    Currently on a de-load this was 165, the most I ever worked up to with what I consider to be good form was 205. Today I'm squatting 170 if that makes any difference

    nothing wrong with doing a "touch n go" squat on a box to judge your depth. Only problem here is that your box is TOO HIGH!
