Haha no way. Well my shoulder isn't as strong as it used to be. But still, maybe 80 give or take. Clearly that doesn't matter since he can cj 190 :P

Need form critique. I feel like I can still extend a bit more, also looks like I jump forward just a tiny bit fml. I also feel like my thoracic spine area (upper back) can be more vertical in the OHS position.

in the video I posted above Klokov talks about pulling the bar up rather than humping it forward, it may be of use, although it's only a very minor hump forward

im just giving you ****. I pretty sure in 2 weeks of working on it you cloud be back to 500 and higher

im praying lol. I haven't actually deadlifted but am doing two weeks of decifit deads. Did rack pulls for the first time and in two weeks went from like 345 for hard reps to 405 for relatively easy reps.
