I don't mind two different programs
The Diet trackers: I want something which calculates total calories and splits between Protein, Carb, Fat
Workout Program: Something to monitor increase in weights lifted
Sorry pretty vague but you get the idea - I don't mind paying for either of programs, just want the best ones.
Hopefully I am asking this Question in the right place.
Any help would be great! Thanks

To be honest, I would say youre thinking about things TOO MUCH. If you keep a daily log of your workouts, you can see how much youre increasing. I would do this in a simple excel sheet. As for your diet, just be smart about it. Eating 6 times a day and measuring out proportions to fit into some calculator program will be ridiculous IMO.
Just eat with common sense and make sure your diet reflects your goal/s. Training keep a log though. Most athletes use a few CORE or BASE lifts that they record. I wouldnt waste my time recording something like flyes or tricep extensions. Youd want to use something like squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, barbell row, cleans, pulls, etc. An excel sheet can easily help you record your 1 rep max - 5 rep max for free.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=180003183&p=1635918623#post1635918623
New Shanghai Log!
"225, 315, 405 whatever. Yeah these benchmark digits come to mean a lot to us, the few warriors in this arena. They are, however, just numbers. I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

www.fitday.com is a good way to keep track of calories. After you do that for a while, you'll be able to "eyeball" meals and keep yourself in a relatively close proximity, if you find this tedious
As for workout, i just carry a small notebook in the gym. Write down date, body weight, exercises, sets, reps, weight, etc. any info you deem necessary
