Jesse please read this
Your 'free personal training session' is a consult, it's a sales pitch. He's gonna hammer you with a workout and try to sell you a package. Expect high pressure sales.
If they saw you come in they likely think you are a great lead for PT. From the beginning of the consult just be straight up and let him know you don't have the means for PT but really want to get started and any info would be appreciated.
I would help you large if you came into my gym but I would also hammer you into the floor to get you to buy PT. If I knew it simply wasnt an option straight off the bat i would be a lot more inclined to want to help, just don't waste the dudes time letting him think he's gonna close a fat package. They will promise you the world just be honest and it'll all be good.

OP, I just wanted to tell you that I read through all 3 of your threads in their entirety, and your transformation thus far has been unbelievable. I'm not just saying this to be nice; I really mean it. Here's your 'before' pic put right next to the one you just posted:
Before:
Current:
What's happening here is not just massive weight loss, but also a huge difference in your attitude towards life in general. And you know what? It will only keep getting better. You may have been at rock bottom when you made that first thread, but the beautiful thing about being at rock bottom is that once you've reached it, there is literally no other direction for you to go but up. Some people in your first thread mentioned that getting fit is like a "snowball effect" - the first steps are by far the hardest to take, but once you're past that point, the rest progresses spontaneously. You should be proud of the fact that you got through that (and much, MUCH farther, even)! Best wishes; I'm rooting for you.
P.S. I have family living in Michigan and visited Cedar Point a couple of times. Definitely a fun place! With all the progress you've made, I have no doubt you'll be able to go on every single one of the rides in the near future.- Positive Crew

Great post, and thank you for taking the time to read all 3 threads, that's a lot of reading. You are very right about the snowball effect. When I think back about how difficult it was to get exercise and even to walk around my house its astounding. I remember how proud I was when I had walked 50 teeny tiny laps to my kitchen and back on video. I felt like I had just finished a 5k, and now I actually can walk 5k! It was something I would have never dreamed possible and without the support system and good people to convince me that it was possible, I might have never known it was in me to do so.
Thanks bud, I really appreciate that(392.4 lbs pounds lost so far)
