    Bulking... what to buy at the store?

    I want to make it my goal this summer to put on another 15-20 pounds by the end of September. I am going to the store today but don't know exactly what I need to buy. I am working out 5 days a week and want to continue bulking. What are some quick/easy meals I can get at the store that would be good for this? Im not that great of a cook but I do cook a little here and there. I plan on buying food for breakfast, lunch, post workout and before I hit the hay. Thank you!

    egg whites for breakfast, chicken/beef/turkey/etc + rice/beans/etc for lunch, post workout i like to take in my protein shake, 2 tuna can and a protein bar
