Alright, so im a glock guy, but there's a store here that had a M&P shield brand new for $325. I'm supposed to be going first thing tomorrow to grab it and just want to get a quick authorization from the bros in this thread. I feel like I'd be a fool not to jump on this deal, they don't have a box for it but I really don't give a chit about that.

If you intend to keep it, the box is irrelevant. Luckily, you can treat it as any used gun and value it accordingly.

What kind of pistol drills do you guys run when you go to the range?

Lately, I have been doing an appendix draw, 2 shot, reload, 3 shot at 21 feet. I start slow and focus on my form and technique then ramp up the speed until I fumble a mag or shoot outside of a 8 inch circle. Kinda getting bored with that one. Do you guys have any other ideas?

My main go to is a 40 y/o female personal trainer who has won multiple womens physique competitions and has multiple bachelors in various exercise/health degrees, there are a few other trainers with bachelors in exercise science.

I know none of it should be taken as perfect advice, but I have enough confidence in them (especially the 40 y/o) to feel comfortable knowing they know whats going on.

Degrees in exercise science or Personal Trainer certification =/= lifting knowledge. I was a ex. science student, the chit posted on our ******** group is cringe worthy from the lack of knowledge. If you want a real form check post a video on this forum or better yet go to a real gym with trainers that compete in PLing.

Just take the mag out, no round in the chamber and throw it in your trunk. It's not as bad as he made it out to seem. You don't have to have it in a case (if it's in the trunk) and mags can be full as long as it's not in the mag well of the gun. Make sure the land you intend to shoot on is BLM and allows it.
