I'm after a really good multivitamin/ mineral which has high amounts of everything in it, as the multivitamins I buy seem to be staggered and some of the vitamins it has 100% rda for and others it may only have 25%, so I'd like one with high amounts of everything if anything more then 100% of rda so I can't go wrong. I know it may not be possible but it'd be good to find one that doesn't cost too much either I know what I'm asking may put the price up a lot. I don't know a lot about multivitamins but are there ones that a more absorbable also? as when I had vitamin D tablets I had to buy the ones in olive oil so they were much more easily absorble

NOW ADAM is a really good priced multi, it's $26.45 for 90 servings. My favorite multi-vitamin is Orange Triad because it has joint support in it as well, but it's $30 for 45 servings unless you catch it on sale.

You say that, but I say it's extremely easy to get deficencies as you're never going to get 100% of everything 100% of the time, and I had a great diet and went out where I could, and I still had a big lack of vitamin D on bloodtests apparently, and some of the minerals are in foods that you never tend too eat, it's just much more practical and reliable to consume a good multi vitamin too make sure that there are no defiencies rather than relying solely on diet IMO

Ot is the most popular. I however notice absolutely nothing between taking a multi and not taking one.
Sickening.
Fear leads to hate, hate leads to anger, anger leads to suffering... In one final act of self defense, the great mother earth must purge herself and if that means the death of 3 billion people... So be it. If we choose war over peace, If we choose fear over logic, If we choose to be led into war and not lead ourselves to the promise land, then we deserve hell on earth.

This is a great option ^^^. It's not cheap, it's economical at a month's supply for under $12
It's high quality and the serving size is 4 small, easy to swallow capsules:

If you want something cheap go for the now brand or the bb.com multi[100%daily allowance of all vitamins is fine]..anyway......
MOST multivitamins maybe 90% don't have enough minerals in them...they just put them to show off
like they do with other ingredients.
So it's best if you buy a seperate multimineral supplement..[i recommend now's multimineral]or at least something with 1-2g's of magn, calc, and 100%dv of potassiumUWOTM8

check out the MST mvp365 and zmk combo mate. Seperate times of the day for your vitamin and mineral intake so that neither is competing for absorbtion with the other. I have been using them for over 6 years now. I typically stop taking them every 6 months or so for a few weeks and the difference you feel taking them vs. not taking them is night and day.
