No, he's back up around 105. But it seems to be mostly muscle from being back to training.

Shankle looks leaner, I really enjoy his training videos. His are probably right up there for my favorite, next to the MDUSA ones.

Heres a video from my meet from three weeks or so ago.

The lifts look a little better than what they felt, this was probably my worst meet as far as getting warm up right for me so far.

I really wanted that 210 total but missed two lifts so ended at 202.

Next meet is in the end of October will be looking for a huge PR total then.

On the snatchs I opened with 85 my last warm up made was 70 then I missed 75 in the back room.

The jerk on 113 I really ****ed up, thats the first time I have done that and I have no idea why I did it.

Had no idea I got third, I think the first place lifter or something was out of state so he couldnt medal. I left before they gave the awards out.

I have since been working on keeping my elbows facing out during the snatchs and that has made a huge difference they feel much smoother.
