    Will This Work For Me?

    Hey guys, Im 16, 5"9' and I weigh 145lbs.

    Monday: Biceps & Back
    Barlbell Curl 4 sets 10 reps
    Barlbell Curl 1 sets 20 reps
    Incline Dumbbell Curl 4 sets 10 reps
    Incline Dumbbell Curl 1 sets 20 reps
    Preacher Curls 4 sets 10 reps
    Preacher Curls 1 sets 20 reps
    Pull ups 3 sets 10 reps
    One Arm Dumbbell Row 3 sets 10 reps
    High Inverted Row 3 sets 10 reps
    Incline Bench Barbell Row 3 sets 10 reps

    Wednesday: Chest & Triceps
    Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 4 sets 10 reps
    Barbell Bench Press 4 sets 10 reps
    Incline Dumbbell Flys 3 sets 10 reps
    Incline Barbell Bench Press 3 sets 10 reps
    Close Grip Bench Press 4 sets 10 reps
    Close Grip Bench Press 1 sets 20 reps
    Lying Tricep Extension 4 sets 10 reps
    Lying Tricep Extension 1 sets 20 reps
    Tricep Pushups 4 sets 10 reps
    Tricep Pushups 1 set 20 reps

    Friday: Legs & Shoulders
    Squats 3 sets 10 reps
    Leg Extension 3 sets 10 reps
    Leg Curl 3 sets 10 reps
    Seated Calf Raise 3 sets 10 reps
    Military Press 3 sets 10 reps
    Dumbbell Laterial Raise 3 sets 10 reps
    Dumbbell Reverse Fly 3 sets 10 reps
    Dumbbell Shrugs 3 sets 10 reps
    Front Raise 2 sets 10 reps


    Will this workout get me bigger and toned?

    first of all being tones doesn't exist. You can be big/small and lean/fat.
    Being lean will make you look toned.

    As for the workout, i would add some deadlifts and ab workout in there also. As for the 1x20 sets, just doing them before your 4x10s to get pumped and have blood in your muscles. Doing them after 4x10s is kinda useless imo.
    If this will work for you ? we can't guess, it seems like a program i would do so go for it and you will see.

    Yer. I am looking to get lean..
    I read that doing more reps in a workout will help achieve this goal but would like to hear from some others.

    I'm only 14 and i have the same body stats as you. My workout is a little more complicated than this but I think this would still workout just fine.
