I'm currently cutting right now and trying to get as lean as I can before slowly starting to add mass. I'm lifting 3x per week on a legs/back/chest split.
I follow leangains intermittent fasting with a 16/8 hour window and plan to do this year round.

Taco Bell bean and cheese burrito
Taco Bell cheesy nachos
2.5 scoops whey protein
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup milk
alfredo pasta
1 dinner roll
6g fish oil
