Animal is about buildin a strength community and that community aint just powerlifters but bodybuilders too. This seminar wuz from the Arnold Weekend. In the first Panel, ya got Dan "BOSS" Green, Sam Byrd and IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Evan Centopani. They talk shop about havin passion, liftin and diet as it pertains to each sport. Its an hour long and it covers a lot of ground.
In the second Panel, we got Andrey Malanichev, Brandon Lilly and bodybuilder Frank McGrath.

I was lucky enough to be there for both sessions. I cant say enough about how great people those guys really are. I am looking forward to next years panel and interacting with those guys at the Cage.
