I finally committed to cutting a little water weight before my vacation next month. It wont be much in such a short time frame. I have reduced my calories on non-lifting days but left lifting days at 2700. I may bring that down a little. I dont want my strength and energy to take a nose dive though. I ordered a new swim suit last night. It. Is. On.

And to add to that:
Boom reads: cutting blah blah blah.
Boom thinks: great, another bish gonna lose her strength for vanity
Bubs reads: cutting before vacay
Bubs thinks: yay vacay and new bikini
BSG: Nice job on the ring dips! Are they harder because there's so much instability in the rings? My guess anyway.___________________________________________________________

I dont have a squat day right now. Yesterday was legs so I did my usual 2700 calories. About 2000 of those were consumed before lifting. Im not sure if it is the food or maybe just work catching up to me. It was definitely an off day for me. I just did not feel like being there and I never shook it off.

That makes sense to me. Feeling so blah last night made me wonder if my body needs a bigger window between high calorie days and training day. Maybe I dont reap the rewards of high calorie days until later on. Just a thought. Maybe yesterday I was just plain tired and it doesnt have anything to do with my calories.

This was a Fawn classic! Those dumbbells are made of cardboard, the only pulling those girls do is pulling their wedgies out of theirs crackers.
I love cutting hey it's bikini time!
Big guy, those ring dips sound crazy hard! It made me think of the time that someone made me try a push-up with the TRX...I almost lost my teeth.Training log:

If it is calorie related I should be floating on air tomorrow because I just had a giant burger and fries for lunch
I am going to note how I feel I think to see how it goes.
It is bikini time but there is no way I will be lean this time around. I will settle for slightly less cellulite for my vacation.
It would be a good excuse to overeat right???POWERLIFTING TRAINING JOURNAL
