    barely any because you barely have muscle.


    However then you wont have so much unnecessary ugly ass fat on ur body slowing you down. then you can re-lean-bulk and put on just muscle with very little fat for a really long time any not have to worry about cutting and just focus on lifting

    If you don't have mass you will just get skinny when you cut. Cut 500 cal of your current diet and lift heavy. You ll burn fat and gain muscle. When you get good size then cut more.
