Hey guys,
I've never done a cleanse before, but after reading more about it, it seems like it could provide solid benefits.
My question to you is, if you have done a cleanse, how did it work for you?
Also how long did you cleanse for and what was your meal plan like?
I'm about ready to start the transition into leaning out for the summer season and I figured a cleanse before this would be smart.
Let me know how it's worked for all of you in the past.

never watched him in my life
just peoples experiences with cleansing the body if they've done any.
a few people who i've talked to lately who compete in their respected organizations mentioned they like to cleanse before switching over to the cutting stage of their year before a show. obviously researched benefits to doing so and asked their experiences as well. just opening up a discussion on here for others who may have done so also"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." There's different types of cleanses that you can do for the body. It's something that needs to be researched thoroughly though.
- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

I try to cleanse myself as little as possible, but when if I have someone willing to do it for me, it tends to be a rather enjoyable experience.
I'd say go for it OP.USMC (2009-2013)

Not to come off as harsh, but:
please post the relevant peer-reviewed scientific journals you found that demonstrate strong evidence in favor of the physiological benefits that can be obtained from 'cleansing' and the like.
If you are going to post websites or blogs, upon which anyone can write anything, especially without citing such journals, then you may want to reconsider attempting any such 'cleanse'.
