Hey guys,
I've never done a cleanse before, but after reading more about it, it seems like it could provide solid benefits.
My question to you is, if you have done a cleanse, how did it work for you?
Also how long did you cleanse for and what was your meal plan like?
I'm about ready to start the transition into leaning out for the summer season and I figured a cleanse before this would be smart.
Let me know how it's worked for all of you in the past.

There's different types of cleanses that you can do for the body. It's something that needs to be researched thoroughly though.
- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

I presume you're not talking about showering, in which case "cleanses" are just utter crap, usually pushed by scam artists.

I try to cleanse myself as little as possible, but when if I have someone willing to do it for me, it tends to be a rather enjoyable experience.
