Does either matter on starting strength? I've always done squats first on this program but my buddy working out with me wants to do bench first, is this even a problem?
We go after work so our legs are tired when we first go in the gym and second the gym get crowded right after we get in there so the benches are took if we go squat first but if we bench first the squat racks would be open. What do you guys think? thanks and will rep
