Hopefully 2morrow then , I have been noticing my mail has been coming on a 1-3 day delay for some reason (probably the weather) and I had a package coming, I picked up my mail yesterday and they didn't give it to me, and I looked up the tracking # online and they said they tried delivering said package on Saturday, but didn't because of my driveway allegedly (my driveway is perfectly fine, there just lazy), so when I went yesterday the 5-600lb P.O worker didn't grab my package with the rest of the mail, I had to call in this morning to tell them specifically to have it when I arrived 15 mins later... So hopefully soon, my P.O has been suspect to say the least as of late...

took vortex yesterday, when I split up the packet into two and measured its a little more than one serving (3 grams) its more like 1 and a half (4.5) so basically there is almost three servings. or two 1 and a half serving. felt like a lot more than 200 mg of caffeine, but im not complaining at all. energy was crazy! hit a PR on rows. gonna take the rest of the packet right now and head out to the gym

I basically train fasted, I often go and haven't ate in 3 or 4 hours, so that's like fasted training right lol bcaa's help me a lot with that, don't fatigue as fast, ill try the best bcaas intra tomorrow



other times ill eat a hour before if I haven't ate in over 5 hours

I prefer the fasted training honestly. I just feel so much better with the empty stomach the food throws me off. And I can get a true weigh in daily

Mixed 1/2 of the pouch like instruction said...mix very easy, no messed or big chunks at the bottom. Taste a lot better than other Fruit Punch PW.O that I tried in the past. Like it!!! Did I light jog in a natural trail that we have here (VA Army base) and hit the gym right after that...

Did DE Deadlifts (60%) follow by Bulgarian squats, Leg press, good mornings, legs curl and Hyper extension. Used the second half as intra work out and kept me going and going and going very motivated and focus during the whole training session. No jittery or crash after wards. Like it...

Today, I am going to be doing sprinting (60/120) for close to 2 miles and explosive movements such as clean & jerks, snatch some high dl pulls, etc. Will update later...

Same here, nothing yesterday either. I'm deloading this week as well, so looking forward to hitting it hard next week. I'm pretty stim tolerant, so I'm interested to see how this works for me.

I still might not take a whole packet at once!
