So brahs, last night I was at the gym doing my usual thang. Aka looking at girls..
LOL jks but anyway there was this kid working out doing bicep curls. You could see that he was a noob at lifting because his form was just horrible.
Then I overheard 2 young guys (probably a year older than me) paying him out. They were saying how he's a chitkunt from his form and he is a skinny ******* and stuff like that. They weren't saying it to him but were keeping to themselves BUT it was very audible because they were talking loudly.
WHY didn't these guys go up to this kid and help him out, let him know his form was off and help him learn the proper form? I bet 100% that they started off exactly like that kid, but just because they have muscles now they think it's ok to put other people that aren't as good as you down.
I don't want to live on this planet anymore

I'll confess, me,my older brother, and friend all lift together and we always talk chit on these kids who are probably a year younger than me who do like sets of 20 curls every other day, bench with awful form with legs kicking, do an ab exercise between every set, and give each other terrible advice that makes no sense at all. We let them do their thing and curl away with their snapbacks. No gains for them. They look like they should be in middle school it's bad

I tend not to help in the gym unless i'm training them, people have gotten angry at me in the past when I approached them nicely and asked if they wanted some tips.

they're twins too, about 5'6 110lbs. After a set of incline bench with 65lbs, one got off the bench and said "I'm the next Arnold", oh and supposedly if you do a set of 30 on tricep pushdown, do 15 slow as possible and 15 as fast as possible it contracts the muscle more.
Both of those are true stories from about 2 weeks agoNo advertising in sig line
