I agree, 94lbs... really low. I say just lift some heavy weights and eat. Adding a little muscle on your body wont hurt you and it shouldn't make you feel masculine. I say bulk up to around 115lbs and cut. Just don't go straight out dirty bulk. Try a slow bulk over a year and a bit. I did it and minimized fat gains and added heaps of muscle. Your bf% would be around 22%

Squats alone will give you a nice butt and thighs, so yes. You could also do lunges.
Your core is activated in squats, but i'd suggest doing some situps/crunches/leg raises.
Your body already looks good so with a good 6 months or so you'll look great.
Just dont overdo it, you dont want to look like one of those masculine bodybuilding chicks

around 20%, and yeah what the others said pretty much just bulk up a little maybe to a 110 lbs or so...since your only 5,3 and look fairly small framed you probably are not going to weigh much! Anyways I kinda like smaller and more petite girls, not really into the whole scene where girls are broader than guys...
