    What would you guess is my bf% ?

    I know im really skinny... so please no rude comments.

    I just started bulking + All pros beginner routine & cant wait to see results!! I took "before" pics today and was wondering if I could get a guesstimate of my bf....

    I agree, 94lbs... really low. I say just lift some heavy weights and eat. Adding a little muscle on your body wont hurt you and it shouldn't make you feel masculine. I say bulk up to around 115lbs and cut. Just don't go straight out dirty bulk. Try a slow bulk over a year and a bit. I did it and minimized fat gains and added heaps of muscle. Your bf% would be around 22%

    According to the tdee calculator, with 23% body fat, my TDEE is 1475. that would mean 10% more would bring me to around 1600....how could that work if currently in doing over 2000 and barely gaining? am I going over too much too soon and the weight just hasnt caught up yet?

    Dont get me wrong, you can defenitely "bulk" and put on some weight, but focus on your core and lower body.
    Big arms & a wide chest/back & big shoulders aint attractive at all, but thats just my opinion.

    Im doing All Pros beginner which is Squats, Bench Press, Bent over row, SLDL, Overhead press, barbell curl, and calf raises.
    Is that enough lower body?

    Squats alone will give you a nice butt and thighs, so yes. You could also do lunges.
    Your core is activated in squats, but i'd suggest doing some situps/crunches/leg raises.
    Your body already looks good so with a good 6 months or so you'll look great.
    Just dont overdo it, you dont want to look like one of those masculine bodybuilding chicks

    around 20%, and yeah what the others said pretty much just bulk up a little maybe to a 110 lbs or so...since your only 5,3 and look fairly small framed you probably are not going to weigh much! Anyways I kinda like smaller and more petite girls, not really into the whole scene where girls are broader than guys...

    Good point. Honestly I just want to gain weight I'm sick of being under 100. Obviously I want muscle but possibly a little fat would make me curvier rather than extra muscle looking manly

    Barely gaining? or gaining? you don't want to gain to quick. You have to include your BMR also. so 10+ surplus of BMR + TDEE. If your gaining, but only like 200g a week. up the calories. when you stop gaining again... up them again.

    Barely gaining as in like 2 pounds in 3 weeks. And you gotta count some of that as water weight...

    The calculated TDEE is just a rough ball park guesstimate, a starting point.

    The actual kcals consumed and the pending results (gaining/losing/weight constant) will be a more accurate as to your TDEE.
