    Tricep extension cable

Does anyone have some schematics for a cable machine ( one side only, where you can do tricep extension- top wheel and bicep curls- bottom wheel)?

I have done some schematics but i actually need dimensions for it

    Something like this:

Why not pick up a used lat machine? Plate loaded ones can typically be picked up for ~$100.

They are hard to find where I live and would go for a lot more than 100$.
If i build one i can easily customize it, so thats also a plus.

Not exactly what you are wanting but I have seen people use bands for those two exercises. Might be a cheap alternative until you get one made.

Are you going to weld and make one with steel?

That machine is generally called a "cable column", if that helps you search for more detail online.

Yes, i also built my power rack. Its nothing fancy but it works. This one is a little bit harder but should still be doable.
Now i have a pretty good idea of what im gonna build so im just gonna draw some schematics and think of appropriate dimensions.

I might post here again with the said drawings to make sure everything is in order.

I can do other exercises for the targeted muscles but this will introduce more variety.
