Haven't they taken high school or learned about biology courses in their lives??? Lmao
Amino acids and lipids are two completely different macromolecules, meaning that you can't replace one with the other
Lol, that woman probably just read a women's health magazine and decided to make a 60-day fit challenge, thinking she's already a fitness expert
strong retards

I don't see a difference between the 2 pics. The scale didn't move because she didn't lose any fat.
"Muscle replaces fat", lulz, wouldn't that be awesome?
I find it upsetting that someone who knows this little about exercise/nutrition put together a program like that. She'll probably find a way to make some money from it too.

I see some difference because of the different lights.
She maybe find the way to turn fat in muscle, but she gained only 0.001 lbs of muscle from every single lbs of fat.
However, I lost 19,8 lbs (5'10", 195.1 lbs - 175.3 lbs) in just 7 weeks with 0.0% muscle lost.My transformation video from FAT to ATHLETIC in 5 months (150 days): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L9CLvbh8sus
-in 14th april 2013 I was 207,2 lbs and only with diet I went to 195,1 lbs in 2 months
-5 years long no sport at all! I started training again in 14th june 2013
-20-25 min full body home training almost every day (ca. 11 hrs / month)
-using only 2 dumbbells (~19 lbs each)
-Normal food! Without any supplements, steroids, fatburners etc. I'm full natural.

i cant rage too hard because at least she's relatively fit. she might not have a clue about the mechanisms behind it, but at least she doing something right.
2 + 2 / 1 = 4 even if you dont understand math's order of operations. you just dont want someone teaching 3000 people how to incorrectly arrive at the answer. but then again, if you are getting your info solely from an amateur ******** fitness blog, you might deserve to be misinformed. the bigger annoyance for me is the 2 week progress pic. she could have taken similar pics before and after a dump or rag and post rag.

Cut done with - basically unsuccessful first bulk as I did put on a lot of fat to go with the little muscle I added. I know what I did wrong first time round and won't be repeating it. Looking forwards to being able to eat a few hundred more calories!! At least I know I can cut fat efficiently: went from 143lbs to 120lbs and from 35in to 29in waist.
