Confusing as the absence of time would be, there is mounting evidence that at the most basic level of reality, time is an illusion. Stranger still, laboratory tests with laser lights and advances in our understanding of string theory—the proposed framework positing that particles are composed of small threads of energy—independently point to the idea that time doesn’t really exist.

It seems there really is no time... deep but very interesting.

LMAO Time really exists brother? Just look in your mother's eyes, if you're still fortunate enough to have her! She's seen enough. Time? Didn't cost her a thing, and she would do it all over again. Scientists talking about (%*^. Time, what is and what isn't? When scientists can talk intelligently about the soul, then I'll 'perk' up and listen. Until then...
I'll just sit back, enjoy the love, that is timeless! God knows no time! You want to see God in all of his 'glory?' Look at a good mother. This (%*^ isn't rocket science. Just down to earth, things that matter!paolo59

Well farkin-A! no wonder I can't get anything done! There's no time to do it in!
Seriously, I don't believe time exists either. But then again, neither do we, at least not as we think we do.
More than slightly related, cosmologists and theoretical physicists are beginning to say, in more technical terms, what eastern philosophies (Hindu, Buddhist, Taoist) have said and believed for millennia. It kind of makes you think."Go home, have a beer and smash something. That's what I would do" - Unknown (but probably Thor).

I think in so far as our individual perception of length of time, each unit of time is relative to the total number of units perceived. Compare an hour a 2 year old experiences versus an hour a hundred year old experiences. Because the hour comprises a far greater percent of the whole to a two year old than the 100 year old, it's perceived length is far greater.

This theory is how I am building my alternate universe where only productive people can join. I'm building a dome that interrupts the quantum entanglement of matter that enters it. This creates the perception on the outside world that things in my alternate universe is static and doesn't exist, while on the inside everything has relation and can be measured against one another, thus giving us a new world in which time and space are separate from the outside world.

The gist of the article would be that your perception of time as relative as it may appear is just an illusion and not real nor relative at all.
There are theories that not only is time an illusion but the entire universe is an illusion.
In fact there have been experiments done recently that hint at the universe being a complex simulation.

We watch and try and read about this stuff a lot.. and it hurts my brain.. and you know what.. it doesn't really help with anything.
You know what I mean? yes it is interesting.. and it might help us think about life on other planets... but it doesn't help me that much.
I do try and live for the moment and feel as much about the now.. not sit on my phone or spend too much time on the net etc...
Life might be an illusion.. but I feel something.. sometimes it's good sometimes it is bad.. but it is real to me so I am going to stick with that.. but keep reading and learning-------------------------------------------------
