Going into the gym today with ONE goal.
I want to bench 225 for 20 reps.
I have gotten 17 a couple weeks ago and want to beat it today.
What do you think is the most optimal warmup for something like this? I was thinking maybe 135 x 10, 185 x5, then jumping to 225 x ? After doing normal dynamic upper body warmup and explosive push-ups to wake up the nervous system.
