I've been going to the gym semi regularly for about a year now. (3-4 days a week) I've lost weight and gained muscle but I havent been following a diet whatsoever. What is a basic, easy diet that I could follow to lose fat?

As said above, eat a little less and move (in any form - dance, walk, stairs, j*rk off, etc) more.
I once added a 45 min walk / day to my routine to help burn off some extra weight....worked like a charm...very relaxing also, not hard. If you can take a friend, a girl, or a relative, you kill two birds w/ one stone (catch up + exercise).
