How do they prepare their meals for the whole week if it will go bad in 4 days according to wiki

i mean, generally when people pack food for 'the week' they really mean mon-fri when work or otherwise activities make it more difficult to prepare full meals from scratch everyday. so, if you batch cook your meals on sunday night, then the most your chicken sits in the fridge is 4 1/2 days, really.
or, they prepare foods other than chicken. or they just take a risk eating cooked chicken past the 4 days. can't say i haven't done the same on occasion.
