Ladies y'all are amazing and great motivation, especially those who posted before and after shots.
I have a quick question. I have been squatting with progressive overload for the past few months on a cal deficit. (Lost 35lbs, 15 Togo) did these transformations happen while cutting or will I need a bulk cycle or two to see a real change in lift and shape?
