Since I started lifting again my boyfriend says I feel tighter down there. I haven't changed anything else besides my diet and we have been having sex in the same positions. I do not do any specific exercises like kegels that would target that specific area. I do heavy squats, bench, press, planks, crunches, pullups etc. would that make any difference?? Has this happened to anyone else? I'm not really worried about it besides the fact that he gets off too early now because it feels better. He better get used to it!!I know this is a weird question but I am being serious.

Anything that helps with the core will help with pelvic floor muscles and some can mimic kegles to a point. Some people inadvertently do kegles with squats and deadlifts. I think this is what causes coregasims too. I could be wrong though
If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
I like eating, it helps with the not dying.
