When grappling, most untrained people do the complete opposite of what you should do.
The bodybuilder was an idiot for taking him down, too. I saw that and was like "wtf?"

Maybe a 250lb linebacker but body builders are definitely not known for any kind of functional strength or athleticism in comparison to 250lb athletes
