I'm sorry, did A&M just not get buttf***ed by LSU right before this game? Johnny football is the only reason that A&M has had the success that they've had in the SEC. Baylor and OKState would get beat by A&M, they would get trashed by LSU. And Missouri still has a way to go before they can claim that they can hang with the best of the SEC.

Mizzou, Baylor, TAMU... In that order. Mizzou and TAMU were never anything but middle of the pack teams in the Big 12, but somehow, TAMU finished 2012 as the 3rd best team in the conference and delivered a Heisman Trophy winner; now, Mizzou is looking to challenge for the SEC championship.

During those times, who were the top teams in the Big 12 and where are they now? Where would TAMU be in the SEC without Manziel and Evans, who they didn't have then? When has TAMU ever had multiple dynamic players? I guess it's the weak SEC defense that has been exposed.


I don't want to trash Missouri, but the SEC East is a joke this year.

And let's not forget TAMU trashed Oklahoma last year in the Cotton Bowl.

I'll be the first to admit TAMU's defense isn't stellar, and defense is weaker as a whole in the SEC, but let's be real...once we see bowl games come cropping up, even weaker SEC teams (like Vandy) are going to CRUSH their opponents. Texas A&M annihilated Oklahoma last year. Not to mention you have Alabama (best team in the country with a top D), Auburn (overrated but still a solid team especially since last year), and LSU (whose D curbstomped Manziel and they were even having an off-defensive year this year LIKE Texas A&M).

I'll just wait until bowl season, see how many SEC teams go, then see how many win. /shrug

Ryan Tannehill is not that much better compared to Manziel, and I say that fully intent on him flopping in the big leagues.

5-5, team disarray with Incognito/what'shisname, he puts up alright stats...but he seems to not be a leader and can't get his teams to rally on some games.


Christine Michael hasn't played much yet, but he's showing some promise...but with a Seahawks team on fire right now...he probably won't get much playing time, so I'll have to reserve judgment.
