I'd go, get a nice buzz going, have fun and be outgoing. But don't exclude your date or get sloppy either.

Whether you want to GF her or not, don't ever be that dude who drank way too much and is embarrassing himself or puking everywhere. Don't feel the need to cling to your dates side but don't totally ditch her for other drunk girls or your bros. This reflects on you and her friend that set you up. ******** tanked because of a problem with the exchange system... literally a glitch that was messing up trades (and cause zuckerberg isn't a good CEO). don't think twitter will have the same problems, and even if they do I would have sold my shares by now if I got the IPO at $26

Your first year accounting knowledge is insufficient . The book was designed in a way to get a 30ish percent pop day off . It'll go up the nex couple of days, book investors will decide whether to keep their stock blocks or to sell once sales are allowed.

A 13.9 billion IPO valuation for a company with 500M in revenue (not profit mind you) can't hold those kind of multiples for long . Not to mention advertisers are incredibly wary of twitter and the user base has actually begun to decline or at minimum slow growth.

The most interesting thing will be on the 15th when options will become available to the general public. Data I've seen suggests most big boy investors will short it. Only time will tell. It's important to realize just because you think twitter is cool doesn't mean share price will hold or continue to rise .
