I've made these pancakes the last two mornings, absolutely amazing. I'm going to start using this recipe to make hamburger buns too.

I've been making variations of these everyday! really saving my boring diet.
The vanilla-apple-cinnamon ones and the mocha ones were particularly awesome!my journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=130457693

FOUR scoops?? Seems a bit excessive. My pancake aren't too dry. Not that they wouldn't be even better with mapple syrup!

ive been making this everyday for breakfast!!!
my own variation....
1 tbsp Natural PB
1 tbsp Almond Butter
2 Eggs
only 3/4 Scoop of Protein
1 tbsp Heavy Cream
and for topping im using cream cheese instead of reg cheese...soo good
i found that using a little less protein and adding the heavy cream have made them really moist...sometimes ill use little cottage cheese or cream cheese instead of heavy cream
also...these things coook really fast...im talking like a minute max each side...maybe thats y some peoples are too dry, cooking too long

Just made them using 1 TBSP of PB in the recipe and 1 TBSP of PB in the middle instead of cheese. I also used 1/2 cup egg whites instead of 2 whole eggs. They were really really dry even with the PB in the middle. Didn't have a bad taste or anything, just really dry. I attribute this to my giant pan, odd shape of the pancakes, and the timing of the cooking. I shall adjust it accordingly next time.

this looked really good, but mine came out very dry and had a very chewy spongey texture (not spongey in a good way though) - they didnt taste very nice either
i used 2 eggs, 1 tbsn natural peanut butter, 1 scoop ON chocolate whey
whisked them well, and ensured ingredients were mixed, chucked into the pan - didnt take long for em to be done

I've found throwing a couple tablespoons of flax meal (all fiber) really helps thicken up the end result and gives them that "pancake" texture and consistency.
*Edit - Pictures *
These are with:
5 whole eggs
2tblsp heavy cream
2oz cream cheese
1 scoop UP2.0 Cinnamon Roll
2tblsp flax mealLast edited by BigSnacks; 05-03-2012 at 06:37 PM.
