Great for motivation - I dig the one where he talks about bicep curl form because as long as you're not hurting yourself, you shouldn't worry too much about "strict" form because you're still getting stronger. It is especially awesome that he deviates from "proper form" on CURLS because he's the world champ at strict curl (225 lbs). That's very consistent with his "penitentury style" lifting vid too - also very much worth seeing (I'm talking about the one with JR).
Thanks for the post - again, very motivational!(current/1 year goals)
Squat - 235/315
Bench - 215/255
Deadlift - 335/430

The workouts and instruction is generally the easy part.
Showing up is the hard part, thats why ct fletcher and greg plitt and others like them do what they do.
You want to see form, you watch banditotraining or someone showing form. If you arnt motivated to go to the gym the form and instruction wont do ****.

Love listening to CT. This video is motivational as hell. Unchain your mind brahs. You are the boss, and you own that weight. Nothing is stopping you. Only your mind.
"Grab your phucking nuts for once in your life. Have some ownership, some credibility behind your words and actions. Mean what you say; do what you say. Follow through for something for one time in your life. ONE TIME, one time in your life. You will feel high a you've never felt before. When you follow through with things in life guys, you achieve the confidence & mentality that anything is possible"
