    Question Too Fat To Continue Bulking?

    This is how I look in the morning when I wake up. I'm starting to get to the point where as you can see I have love handles. I still want to get bigger and reach 230lbs by Feburary. I'm lean in upperbody but its always my midsection. Also cutting in the winter makes me cringe. When you guys get to the point of having slight love handles and lowerback do you cut or do you continue pursuing your goal, thanks.

    OP you have good mass. I would probably do a mini cut down to 9-10%. And go with a lean bulk from there keeping your calories 200-300 over maintenance. This way you can bulk and stay around 12% and still look lean

    You will regret it if you start cutting. Winters around the corner anyway you already got a good physique but you would definetly benefit from a bulk

    Are you dirty bulking?

    If you did 3x a week, 45min of slow paced stairmaster or incline treadmill, you shouldn't have much fat.

    PS, get work, a lot of people would love to look like that!

    Heres another pic to give you an estimation of how fat I am. When I flex my abs you can sorta see the top two. The only reason I'm worried is because I know when you get fatter you create fat cells that dont go away.
