Something with a decent amount of volume/intensity. I'd like to continue benching and squatting 3x per week, so I'll probably be screwing around with some Sheiko-ish stuff. I'm also going to rotating my deadlift intensities week to week to make sure I don't run myself into the ground. I'll be using RPE for that stuff though.

I don't know if I'm dominating it but I think it's definitely easier this time around. I'm still grinding but not nearly as much. It's funny to see how much stronger I am now - 2 years ago my last day was with 455. I think my last time this go around will be with 500.
