1 year and 8 months Progress!!! (Photos)
It's been a long road, but man I'm so pumped to finally post these progress pictures... I was so fed up with how I was looking. It was literally driving me crazy. I went from weighing 190lbs to 250lbs within 2 years. I cut out basically all junk food, soda's, and fatty foods. I wanted change in my life so I finally got a gym membership and I never looked back. Thanks for all the support guys.
January 2012 - 252.0lbs
August 2013 (when photo's were taken) 198.3lbs

Awesome work! I'm just starting on my weight loss and it's these kinds of progress photos that will help keep me motivated. Granted, I have about 100 more pounds than you to lose lol, but none the less it's huge motivation!

I practically stuck with a 5 day split, with about 15-20mins of cardio 3x a week. Ate around 1650 cals for awhile then bumped it up to around 1800 cals for the last couple months.
