    whats wrong with just doing straight sets of between 6-10 reps? thats size training all day.....warm up some, then do 3-5 sets at the same weight etc


    5x5 aint strictly a "size" workout

    max ot has THE best warmup 'philosophy' ever. and i only say that cuz everyone else seems to forget the basics: dont fatigue the muscle until u get to your working sets.

    pretty simple.
