I'm 185 15% bf how much will I weigh if I cut to 8% now? Idk how to figure this out

Ok thx for reply I started at 160 in January so I put on a good 6-8 lbs of lbs which makes sense 1lbs a month

Well the maths is simple. You have 15% body fat, so the other 85% is lean mass. 185 (your weight in lbs) * 0.85 will give your lean mass. If you want to know your weight at 8% fat, 92% of your weight will be LBM, but you'll lose around 7% of your weight, (15% - 8%)
So 185*0.07 = 13~.
185-13 = 172, however you'll likely lose a pound or two of LBM, so thats where the 170 comes from.
