Thanks for the help guys i just went to the stickies and my waist is 28.5 inches, weight 135 lbs and 14 inches is my neck and am 5'11. The calculator told me i need 2309 calories a day and percent body fat is 7.4%
Additional information i dont know you need
Body mass index: 18.9 kg/m^2
Waist to height ratio: 0.40
lean body mass: 125.1 lbs

My goal is to get a six pack and was wondering whether or not I need to lose or gain weight, muscle, and what my next step should be. Please help me as im kind of confused as to what my next step is and will uploading a picture help you guys determine what the next step should be. Thanks in advance guys

Even though you are 7%bf as you say, you wont have abs, because you simply lack muscle mass.
In order to have a nice set of abs you need 2 things:
1) Enough muscle mass.
2) Low enough bodyfat to see them.
You lack the muscle mass.
You need to eat, and gain weight in order to gain muscle. If you lose weight you will just look worse.
