    Best daily meal plan to achieve a six pack

    Thanks for the help guys i just went to the stickies and my waist is 28.5 inches, weight 135 lbs and 14 inches is my neck and am 5'11. The calculator told me i need 2309 calories a day and percent body fat is 7.4%

    Additional information i dont know you need

    Body mass index: 18.9 kg/m^2
    Waist to height ratio: 0.40
    lean body mass: 125.1 lbs
    This is what it said too


    Your weight is in the normal range.
    You do not need to lose weight.
    Minimum caloric requirements: 2309 Calories per day
    Your diet should contain at least 89 grams of protein per day

    I used scientificpsychic. c o m i dont know if this is reliable or not i found it in the stickies


    My goal is to get a six pack and was wondering whether or not I need to lose or gain weight, muscle, and what my next step should be. Please help me as im kind of confused as to what my next step is and will uploading a picture help you guys determine what the next step should be. Thanks in advance guys

    OP, if you're actually 5'11 and 135 lbs. without abs (which I don't believe) then you need to definitely workout a million times harder than you have been, and maybe go to a doctor for a thoroough health exam because you're a medical anomoly.

    Even though you are 7%bf as you say, you wont have abs, because you simply lack muscle mass.

    In order to have a nice set of abs you need 2 things:

    1) Enough muscle mass.
    2) Low enough bodyfat to see them.

    You lack the muscle mass.

    You need to eat, and gain weight in order to gain muscle. If you lose weight you will just look worse.
