    #1 is a tie between the original Xenadrine RFA-1 from Cytodyne technologies and Tetrazene es-50 by Bioquest (the other tetrazene without the thermogenics in it didn't work for me though, sucked.     Use ephedrine HCl (not ephedra, although they are SIMILAR). Here is a link to a great thread on it. The short end is that you want to take 1 aspirin (regular or child, whatever your pref.) and caffeine/ephedrine in a 10:1 ratio (or as close as possible as you can get. Look for specifics here:

    Thermonex

    I had been pondering over trying thermonex and finally went for it, been taking it for a week and to be honest Im not overly impressed. I know that everyone is different but I dont rate it. Im curious too find out if anyone has had positive results with this supplement. xdollx

    need a good one

    Im starting to feel like a guinea pig to supplements! I want something where I feel energentic and motivated as well as great fat buring results! Same as us all Id think but my next purchase I would like to be happy wiith. Come on Guys n gals what is the best product????????? HOTROX? V LIPODRENE? Havent tried these two yet but alot of you rate them ok. I liked redline for post workouts, it gives me a good rush of energy and keeps me focussed but iit is not a product that I could take when going to work etc as It makes me rather cranky.

    I was on hydroxycut up until last friday night. I was finding it hard to get to sleep on this stuff so I took about 15 ****** sleeping pills. When I got up this morning and weighed myself I lost 3LBS!!!!! This stuff works GREAT!

    Tried it for a couple weeks. I noticed a significant increase in mental acuity and energy. I quit taking it because it was giving me an upset stomach and causing a lot of phlegm to run down my throat.

    I thought Lipo 6 was the best fat burner?.
    thats what the bodybuilding.com store says ( its one of the top fat burners), so I have been taking it for about 3 weeks, the scale only shows a loss of 10 pounds, should I be taking something else?.

    What do you guy's think is the best fat burner out on the marker. Seems like everyone like's lipo-6. I was thinkin about gettin San Tight but from what I've read, people seem to be saying it does'nt work that great. What is this whole ephedra thing everyone talk's about and why is it important?
    My other question is is that is it alright to take a fat burner with a protein powder and some creatine etheyl ester to loose fat and build muscle at the same time? Incase anyone want's to know, Iv'e tried Hydroxycut Hardcore and it din't work for me, it just gave me a lot of energy.

    You're new hear (it seems), so I'll break you in easy. It seems that your technique is in your mind-set. You'll hear it a thousand times. Losing fat comes down to calories in vrs. calories out. Gaining muscle does as well. They aren't entirely mutually exclusive, but pretty damned much so. I tell my younger friends this all the time. The best way to lose weight is to start by bulking (in which you will add weight, but hopefully very little will be fat), and then follow it by a cutting cycle (in which you'll lose a lot of weight, but also possibly a little muscle). What you are trying to do is sometimes refered to as a "clean bulk," and it's simply not effective.

    Looking at your situation, here's my advice. If you want to build muscle, go with the protein and the CEE. However, realize that you might gain a little weight. Don't worry, with proper diet, most of it will be muscle anyway. If you want to cut up, then DROP THE CEE. Creatine works by augmenting muscle contraction in place of ATP. It is the process by which the body recruits more ATP when stores are depleted that causes you to burn fat. In other words, if you are using creatine, you are making it so your body doesn't need to make as much ATP, meaning that you will not lose anywhere near as much fat as if you weren't taking it. Regardless of your goal, always keep protein intake high (around 1-1.5g/lb. bodyweight). This will help stem the tide against your hard earned muscle wasting away during a cut, and is essential for any bulk.

    In other news, Ergopharm recently sent me a sample of AMP. I've taken 2 servings (what they sent me), both times before I worked out. First time it just gave me the jitters, but second time I felt an energy rush and was sweating quite a bit more than normal. I could feel the heat radiating from my arteries, and my heart rate was accelerated. All good signs of thermogenesis. However, when I went to take my body temp, it remained low (typical for me, due to a slow metabolism). Therefore, my support of AMP is inconclusive, despite my extremely positive feeling about my last dose. 2 servings is just no enough to measure fat burning.

    I'll keep this one much shorter, I promise! First of all, I've never heard of 45 mg tabs. Don't tell me where you got 'em, just tell me there is a label on the bottle. Go to that label and check to make sure that each tab contains 45 mg of Ephedrine. It may be that the tabs are 45 mg, but only a portion of that (usually 25 or 12.5 mg) is the Ephedrine, while the rest is something else.

    I went through a bottle of this. Didn't really like, didn't think it was worth the cost. Gave me moderate amounts of energy. Red poop was kind of weird. Anyway I wouldn't pay $40 for it again. I'm using ephedrine now and it works better

    My girlfriend took Zantrax 3 for one day and didnt drink enough water and she ended up in the hospital for a whole day with a iv stuck in her feeding her fluids because she was so dehydrated her body couldent rehydrate itself by drinking, thats what the doctors said anyway. She suffered kidney damage and still has pain in her kidneys when she doesent drink lots of water. This happend last year, she said she was never in so much pain in her life, that it was worse than food poisoning, she felt sick for 2 weeks after being released from the hospital. Moral of the story: Drink lots of water when taking zantrax 3.

    Once I finish out the bottle I'm using now, I will probably do a full review in the supplements section (possibly tonight), but NxCare Methyl Ripped is a very odd product. The sample and first bottle I bought worked really well. The second bottle (almost gone now) works barely, if at all. I have bumped it up with heavy doses of Vitamin B, but I shouldn't have to be doing that.

    So far, the thermos I have liked best have been Thermonex, Speed, Rev XP and Hot Rox.

    Also good, though slightly less so, are Redline and GNC's Firestarter (if it is still around).

    Everything else I have tested, I have also found to be junk (though I plan on testing Scorch, AMP, and Thermorexin in the near future), particularly Cytodyne's Xenadrine NRG, which I would avoid like the plague and the absurd joke that is Anadrox.

    I was just wondering something... I am in my cutting cycle and I am taking MAN Scorch (I run at 5 a.m., lift at 1 p.m., and then wrestle at 6), and I am taking MAN Clout before I lift...Do you think that with the creatine product that it is limiting my overall cutting cycle?

In other words, if you are using creatine, you are making it so your body doesn't need to make as much ATP, meaning that you will not lose anywhere near as much fat as if you weren't taking it. Regardless of your goal, always keep protein intake high (around 1-1.5g/lb. bodyweight). This will help stem the tide against your hard earned muscle wasting away during a cut, and is essential for any bulk.

    In other news, Ergopharm recently sent me a sample of AMP. I've taken 2 servings (what they sent me), both times before I worked out. First time it just gave me the jitters, but second time I felt an energy rush and was sweating quite a bit more than normal. I could feel the heat radiating from my arteries, and my heart rate was accelerated. All good signs of thermogenesis. However, when I went to take my body temp, it remained low (typical for me, due to a slow metabolism). Therefore, my support of AMP is inconclusive, despite my extremely positive feeling about my last dose. 2 servings is just no enough to measure fat burning.

    i went from 140 pounds - 225 pounds in 4 years. im five feet seven inches.now 23 years old.

    i just started working out again- in two weeks i THINK i lost at least 3 pounds, i hope to keep this up this week and next week(3rd and 4th week).

    just doing mostly cardio - 20 min. threadmill runs a day
    20 min. weights a day around 7 pm.
    food consumption im going for 5-6 meals a day in small portions. and cutting my old eatling habits in half.

    eating healthier food, and no more sodas or fast foods.

    i also started taking these this week, before and after workouts.

    protein shakes from- GNC pro performance (before/after)
    L-glutamine powder- GNC pro performance (before/after)
    creatine-bio core ethyl ester superior absorption (before/after)

    i came on here looking for fatburners and saw your comment, so is mixxing all these with any fat burners not the way to go???

    should i bulk up and keep doing what im doing , and switch it up in 2 months with the fat burners and protein shakes with glutomine.

    so i bulk right now, and in two months i start loosing more weight and cutting right?
