My leg day usually consists of
3-5 set of glute-ham raises
3-5 set of squats
3-4 sets of farmers walk with a weight so that I am only able to go ~20 metres/65 feet.
3-4 sets of (tractor) tireflip.
And if you want to count Dead lift, I do it on another day.
I'm guessing it's more like a strongman routine.
