In about a week, the new issue of MD will hit newsstands with BIG RAMY on the cover! This issue is LOADED...and includes a great feature by Peter McGough, where he takes us on a "Day in the Life" with Jay Cutler.....and when the subject of Shawn Ray is brought up, Jay responds, "F#&K SHAWN RAY....AND YOU CAN PUT THAT IN THE ARTICLE". -- This week on PBW, Shawn visits the show to discuss the reasons behind the comment....and WHY two of the all-time greats aren't currently seeing eye to eye. This week's episode also includes reports from Pittsburgh and Shawn's thoughts on Big Ramy, Phil Heath and other storylines as we move inside of 10 weeks till "O" time! -- Presented by the MD Store, the show will be available Monday at 8pm ET.

Never liked him the second I saw that training vid he did with Levrone and Frank Zane...he was a total condescending douche to Frank...now I know Zane isn't the biggest guy ever, but he's still a legend from the old school/golden era...have some respect man.Originally Posted by Devils212

Even on the MD Boards the fans'll rip into him... I'll never get over when he got blasted for lieng about the Best Comeback Award at the 2011 Masters Show, and he pretty much was behind Ced being disqualified in Brazil.

When i read the do he had with Lee Preist on MD i said f*** Shawn Ray too, guy seems like an a$$.

i tried to get a pic with him at one expo he was charging. and for a signed autograph...thank goodness jay is not like that.

because shawn doesn't think he's gonna step on on stage. while I agree that shawn is a dick, he has been respectful in the way he says he's not gonna do the O. he hasn't just talked sh!t about him saying "he's a dumbass for doing this" or whatever. i'v seen what he posts about the subject and he's not being his usual prick self in those comments. so I don't get why jay's overreacting saying "fukk you" this and that bullsh!t instead of saying stuff like "just wait" or "you'll see" and the like. inb4 i'm negged into oblivion.

lol people are still giving jay a hard time about whether he's going to step on stage or not

Shawn's physique was awesome and I would've preferred him holding the Sandow any day over Dorian, but I think he's a ****ty person, only out for one person and terribly fake.
There are bodybuilders whose physiques I don't admire, but I think they're great people, but Shawn is the exact opposite.

Shawn can be very funny and a very good speaker, but as a person he's not exactly the finest specimen ever observed.

From what I've seen he is pretty hated and seems like a dik but still, I'm interested in the supposed mistreatment of Frank Zane. Is there more to it than the leg press video as that didn't seem bad to me? Is it because he loaded more weight on for Kevin?
