I'm switching up my routine, I was going up and down with the weights like benching 135 eventually ending with 225 about 4-6 times, n seeing some results but I can't bust out a whole 4 sets of 10 or 12 at 185 so instead of escalating up n down I'm just staying at one weight until I can master that then ill up it. I'm still just as sore n I'm still eating about 2500 cals a day. The last week of each month is when ill max out to track the progress I made that month n I figure about every three months is when ill be able to up the weight. What's ur perspective on this?
I'm in no rush I know in time I will see a difference I'd like to really take my time n grow those fibers n tendons as beautiful as possible lol
