    incline bench press or incline db press??

    What would be best to do after a standard bench press?

    My opinion would be dumbell. Incline barbell feels off for me. The fixed hand position hurts my shoulders at the bottom of the movement. I prefer being able to move the dumbells in an arc, I get a great mind/muscle connection that way.

    incline db for me as rack and unracking on incline barbell for me causes me to lose all tightness
