I used to eat way to less and was underweighted.

Damn, that's some great progress; you look leaner than before but also a lot bigger. Just shows how much of a difference some added mass can make.

I started going to the gym mid Februari wich is also my join date on the forum.
First I started digging around for information how to do the things right to grow fast.
On bodybuilding.com I found Rvanwaas he helped me with my nutrition and first routines.
At the moment i'm using this routine.
For supplements I use Whey-shake, fishoil and creatine
Monday chest / biceps
chest
Barbell Bench Press 4x6 (Every fail a bit less)
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press (of incline bank) 4x6
Cable Standing Fly of Lever Seated Fly 4x6
Chest Dip of zittende chestpress 4x6
Dumbbell Pullover 4x6
Biceps
Dumbbell Hammer Curl 4x8 (Till fail, everytime a bit less)
Barbell Preacher Curl (standing) 3 x 3x5
Cable Supine Curl 4x8 (Till fail, everytime a bit less)
Tuesday back / triceps
Back
Barbell Deadlift 4x6
Lever Close Grip T-bar Row (plate loaded) 4x6
Cable Pulldown 4x6
Cable Straight Back Seated Row 4x6
Dumbbell Bent-over Row of Smith Bent-over Row 4x6
Triceps
Skull Crusher 4x8
Bench Dip (with weights) Till fail
Dumbbell Lying Triceps Extension 4x8
wednesday off
Thursday Shoulders / biceps
Lever Military Press (plate loaded) (standing) 4x6
Barbell Military Press 4x6
Dumbbell Alternating Front Raise 4x6
Dumbbell alternating side raise 4x6
