Found a few more pics. As for diet it was all thanks to lean gains and carb cycling with high carbs on strength training days and no-low carbs on rest days. Jumping rope didn't hurt either This is in a span of 5 months from Feb/2013-current. Starting weight was 221. Current weight is 177.

I've been working out for a long time now without having a goal, but since june 2012 my goal is to transform my body.

You will try IF on low carbs and FAIL was what you should of put.... WHY low carbs? WHY? If you can not concentrate on just eating anything you want but fitting it into your TDEE and eating 500 cal below maintenance why bother starving for 18 hours a day and then also dropping carbs?
Dang...
The worse the diet the more the fail.......Ride it like you just stole it.

40 Pounds Lost Since February
50 years old.
Height: 5' 7"
Weight on February 10, 2013: 210 pounds.
Weight on June 20, 2013: 170 pounds.
Happy so far but I have a long way to go. Set a goal of 12% body fat. I have no idea what % I'm currently at but I'd welcome some estimates. This site and posters have been a great help so far. My thanks goes out to all.
